Plinest Polynucleotides

Plinest Polynucleotides are an injectable treatment designed to support skin regeneration, repair, and quality. Polynucleotides work by improving the skin environment, supporting fibroblast activity, and encouraging healthier skin function over time.

Rather than filling or volumising, this treatment focuses on skin health at a cellular level. I use it to improve skin texture, elasticity, and resilience, particularly in fragile or compromised skin.

Plinest can be used on the face, under-eye area, neck, décolletage, and hands. It’s particularly useful in delicate areas where I want to improve skin quality without adding volume. It’s also really effective for reducing areas of scarring or inflammation.

I assess suitability carefully and choose injection techniques based on your anatomy and skin needs. If another treatment would be safer or more effective for you, I’ll always explain why.

You may notice small injection bumps, mild redness, swelling, or occasional bruising. These usually settle within a few days. Because the treatment works with your skin’s natural regenerative processes, changes are gradual rather than instant.

I’ll advise you honestly about expected downtime and provide aftercare guidance to support healing and comfort.

Skin quality improvements tend to develop gradually over several weeks as your skin regenerates. I usually recommend a course of 2-3 treatments, each spaced 4 weeks apart, followed by a single maintenance treatment every 6-12 months.
