Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasty, sometimes called a liquid nose job, uses carefully placed dermal filler to smooth bumps, improve symmetry or lift the nasal tip without surgery. It is a highly precise treatment that requires advanced anatomical knowledge. At my Norfolk clinic, I use a conservative, safety-led approach to enhance the profile while maintaining a natural appearance.

Results typically last between 12–18 months, although this can vary between individuals. Some patients find that maintenance treatments require less product over time as structural support improves. The nose is considered a higher-risk area for dermal filler and should only be treated by an experienced medical professional with advanced anatomical training. A detailed assessment is always carried out to determine whether you are a suitable candidate. I also have an ultrasound scanner which enables me to map your facial anatomy more precisely.

Dermal filler cannot physically reduce the size of the nose. However, by smoothing a dorsal hump or lifting the tip, it can significantly improve facial harmony and balance. Many patients are surprised by how much more balanced their profile appears with subtle structural adjustments.
