Facial Masculinisation

Non-surgical facial masculinisation uses injectable treatments to enhance features that are commonly perceived as more traditionally masculine, such as a stronger jawline, more defined chin, or more angular facial contours.

The aim is to create structure and definition in a way that feels authentic to you. Treatment is always personalised – masculinity looks different on different faces, and there’s no single ‘correct’ outcome.

Common areas include the jawline, chin, cheeks, and sometimes the temples or brow area, depending on your anatomy and goals. I’ll assess your facial structure carefully and recommend a plan that enhances your natural features rather than forcing a generic look.

If a treatment wouldn’t genuinely help you achieve your goals, I’ll say so.

You may feel pressure or small pinches during injections. Afterwards, mild swelling, tenderness, and possible bruising are normal and usually settle over a few days.

I’ll give you clear aftercare advice and realistic expectations about downtime so you can plan around work or social events. I’m also available if you have any concerns while you’re healing.

Some changes can be achieved in a single session, while others are best built gradually over multiple treatments to keep results natural and safe. I prefer a staged approach, especially for first-time patients, so we can assess how your face responds and refine the result over time. There’s no pressure to do everything at once.
