Cheek / Midface Filler

Midface filler restores lost volume, enhances contour and supports the under-eye and lower face. As we age, natural fat pads descend and volume reduces, which can create flattening or heaviness. Strategic midface filler can restore structure and create a fresher, more lifted appearance, while still looking completely natural. Examples of midface areas to treat include cheeks, nasolabial folds and temples.

When placed correctly, cheek filler can provide structural support and a subtle lifting effect, particularly around the nasolabial folds and lower face. It is not a surgical lift, but it can create noticeable rejuvenation. My approach focuses on balance and proportion rather than over-volumising.

Cheek filler typically lasts between 12–24 months, as this area experiences less movement than other areas such as the lips. Longevity depends on the product used and individual metabolism. During your consultation, we’ll discuss a long-term plan to maintain results gradually and conservatively.

Patients can experience mild swelling or occasional bruising for a few days following treatment. Serious downtime is uncommon. I provide full aftercare advice to minimise risks and help you heal quickly. I would recommend scheduling the treatment 2 weeks before important events to allow any minor swelling to settle.
